Bob, I also live in MN and my regular company (All State) would not insure my '84 GMC 6000 dump truck, single axle with farm plates. I went to the local state farm office, and they insured it for libility every six months for a cost of $128.00. Then a couple weeks later I got a refund check in the mail, as they had charged me $68.00 to much! I am very happy with the coverage and the cost. Hope this helps!
