I have an 860 that I am going to put the single wire alternator on, I want to leave it as a positive ground since my 850 is a 12 volt positive ground and I don't want any jumper cable screw ups at some point. The problem I am faceing is the 850 has a generator so I can't compare the wireing. I want to be sure that I don't have to make any wireing changes to the alternators installation other then hooking the alternator return to the negative as opposed to the positive terminal. Thanks guys Dave
