I would start with your local tractor salvage yards. I think some of the after market cabs are actually better than the factory cabs of the late 60's and early 70's. Hiniker makes a real good cab and so does QT-1 Year round. Around here in Wisconsin you can usually find a decent used cab for about $1,000-$1,500. Make sure you get a good one with no broken glass and/or missing or bent doors. You could spend more than the you paid for the cab in a hurry if there's too much wrong with it.
