I received an offer like this from Eastern Europe on a tractor I had for sale on Ebay. I told them ok, but that the "cashiers check" would be held TWO YEARS for clearance (before shipping) and that there would be ABSOLUTELY no REFUNDS for ANY REASON. I know, but I figured it was a scam. Never heard from them again. Lee
