Hi Guys, I was recently involved in a deal that I later read about on some of the other posts here. I am an educated person...maybe a little too trusting...but I was "snookered" I figured it out before it was too late....but if you get a Cashiers check....especially if it is more than the purchase.....whether it involves money that was owed the purchaser...or in my case it was to be used to pay the overseas shipper...trust me...it seemed legit...if you get a check...go to your bank or credit union and they can run a check on it for you to make sure it is good before you go to the Western Union office....If you are sending money by Western Union..SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM....did I say SCAM....after years of buying and selling I never met an old boy that didn't either show up with cash or or send half before delivery....and another thing....If they just want the purchase...and don't want to talk on the phone about their tractors...you have a NON TRACTOR person....be careful... by the way.... I only lost $ 135...the cost of sending the funds out of the country...thank god they would only accept $ 3000 at a time....or per day....but I stopped the transfer..at no cost...and I was able to pick up the phony money and return it to the bank...

Jon called me to help him discover why his tractor wouldn't start
