IF it stops and starts on the key, check for volts on the fuel solenoid. No volts will be electrical problem If supply is there, remove solenoid, carefully remove cut-off plunger and replace solenoid body. LEAVE THE POWER SUPPLY DISCONNECTED. May need bleeding, but then engine will only stop by stalling out, or the fuel fault (other than the shut off solenoid). That should determine if its electrical or not. If it doesn't normally stop on-the-key, it ain't electrical. Regards, RAB
