i know this tractor is a bit new to be a classic, but you guys always have the best advice it seems so,does anyone have any experience with a massey ferguson 1020? i have the opurtunity to purchase one for around $2500. it is 2wd and has a front grader blade on it and only has about 600 hours on it, it is an early 80s model i believe. all the tires are good and it runs and works great, i know because it is my girlfriends fathers tractor and i have seen it used many times. the basic question i have is how much work can one of these tractors do? how heavy is it? i would like to use it for raking hay and tedding hay and moving around empty haywagons, but im not sure it would have the hp and weight to do that, right now i usualy use my fathers NAA for those tasks, and its around 30 hp and handles the jobs without a problem. also, can ya still get parts for these tractors pretty easily?
