I'd say the insurance issue falls upone the land owner - you would have to clear that with him. I imagine you would re-emburse his expenses, but he _needs_ the insurance. I'd also guess you would have enough garden for 25 families or so, kinda much for 5 families? Otherwise, it spreads the risk, and gives you a more stable income path. Sounds like something to look into. --->Paul
