I have had my 340 U gas for about 25 years on the farm. Still won't part with it,though its about due for its second engine rebuild. Good tough little tractor. One area you have to check is the steering unit,power or manual they are very prone to wear, particularly if it has bucket. Real pain/expense to rebuild. [IH 300 series are all weak in steering area]. But still a good tractor and this comes from fan of green paint!
