Help Identify tractor!

Seeking ID of the wheel tractor. Pic taken in Lewiston, ID 1982. Looks like an Oliver grill but RED?? IS THIS JUST A RED PAINT JOB ON AN OLIVER? My wife is making scrap book for my Dad's bday, I am doing the memory writing. Going thru his pics I found this pic of Dad on a tractor!! It must have belonged to the guy who he was buying hay from as us boys were grown by then. He11 - when I was coming up we never owned any tractors yet we had 250 hd of cutting AQHA stock to feed. Prayed and begged for one lots of times. Why buy a tractor when you have 3 strapping boys to do the work. The bottom pic is of the same neighbor dragging the Lapwai Limo into the field to feed during early spring.
