Joseph, The only something "special" I've ever found for sliding those wheels involves certain things like choice words @#*&^%$ (Do not work on them on the Sabbath as my neighbor once said when he overheard me talking!! to one of them), sweat, and muscle, hammers, torches, wedges etc etc. Some guys have said loosen and remove the lock rings and drive them a while using a lot of sharp turns and sudden braking which may well help. I ususally have to remove the lock rings, drive wedges in all the open slits to budge them away from the axles, then beat *&^%$$ out of the hubs to shock them loose, then maybe heat the hubs around the axles, then use porta powers and bottle jacks with chains through the wheels to "slide" them. One guy said "HEAT & BEAT" Be sure and wire brush clean the axles, spray all kinds of penetrating oil (PB Blaster seems the best) everywhere you can get it, then use big hammers to shock the hubs, and maybe you will get lucky. Im assuming a real bad stuck one here, but maybe you will be lucky and wire brushing and penetrating oil and some choice hammer blows will get you "slid" Good Luck, John T I do not have any extra oil bath breather cups, but they should be easy and cheap to get.
