It might seem that way in your specific locality, and mine as well.After an extremely mild winter and weeks of above average temperatures in the early Spring, it seems to have cooled and gotten rainy here. HOWEVER, when you average out recorded temps GLOBALLY, this Spring AND Fall (dont forget our Antipodean friends!) have been warmer than on average, and so far, right in the middle when plotted against the hottest 10 years on record.
