One thing you should check is the oil level for the injection pump. If it is like other Hinomoto tractors it will be separate from engine oil. Remove inspection plate to check level. Problem with this design is it is hard to see if your rollers are making contact with the cam shaft in the event that the plungers are stuck in the up position.
