Just noticed the picture with number. Guessing someone updated the 361179R1 300 and 350 gas head number to the 362533R1. Never found a 361179 with a fitting hole drilled in rear of head or a 362533 with out one because it was used on all 4 sizes of those engines. Not saying they could be some different than what I said. Date code on the head should ID the year. Also check valve face to see if a number found.
