Where I am near San Antonio Texas my elderly mom, and dad has had constant electric power, but very low water pressure. One of my brothers who lives only a mile away hasn't had electricity, or water since 10am yesterday morning. At my girlfriends farm 10 miles away she has good water pressure but the electricity is on for exactly 3 minutes, and off for exactly 30 minutes since 3pm yesterday. From 10am to 3pm yesterday at my girlfriends farm the power was off for 15 minutes, then on for 15 minutes. The power grid here really needs to be revamped!!!
