You owe me for this, I suffered through it all to find the problem. The ground wire where it hooks to the tractor frame is loose. Makes connection sometimes, hit a little bump the pto kicks out. Sometimes won't start.
Tighten the bolt and send me $50 !!
Oh heck, no charge, Merry Christmas !! I forgot to say the BATTERY cable or the cable from the battery to the frame is the problem.
