It is either a 1930 or 31. I believe that it is a 1931 because the radiator surround was painted on those models. I have a 1931 model A Ford pickup and the radiator surround is painted the same color as the rest of the truck, On the 1928 and 1929 ford cars and trucks are distinguished by by the way the cowling meets the engine cover. They have a distinct inset where the cowling meets the engine hood. I have 5 model A Fords so I do know of what I speak. Happy farming.
