I've still got an old International 100 brand fencer, kicks like a mule. Heard they were outlawed or something, worked too well.
I'm installing a new gate out to a pasture, and working the lower hinge on a hot Summer day. Since I'm so close to the lower hot wire, I'll be smart and safe and cover it with my 10K volt linesman gloves to protect myself. Shoulda had my 10K volt rubber hat on that day, because my sweaty ball cap just nicked the upper hot line at the right time, and BANG, right to the noggin. I don't think there was any permanent drain bamage.
