Pull the valve cover off and check to see if the valves are stuck first. If they are free then remove the top cover and see how the crank is laying. If it's flat you are going to have fun. If it's up or down or somewhere in between you can use the grease gun trick to help it along. Either way I would still pull the pistons and check the rings for cracks and being stuck.
