Here are a couple.... I have a cheapo floor jack I bought at Harbor Freight about 15 years ago. Never liked it because it is nearly impossible to let down slowly. It has been sitting outside in the weather in my driveway for the occasional tire change or oil change or whatever. Works as well as it did new. Just refuses to quit.
Next up is my gas dryer. I can trace its ownership back nearly 40 years. In that time, it has been taken apart and cleaned about half a dozen times. Had 2 sets of rollers and the Teflon shoes that the drum rides on, one tensioner pulley, one belt, and two years ago, I replaced the motor. Still not bad for the years of service.
Water heater in my house was here when I bought the house 27 years ago. I bought a new one to replace it with because the water was not getting hot enough, but when I went to change it, found that the thermostat setting had been changed. Reset the thermostat, and it has been fine.
My current washing machine is over 30 years old. Only one repair ever. The rubber piece that drives the agitator gave out several years ago. I replaced it, and is has been fine ever since.
