I am taking some students to the National Farm Machinery Show again this year- all boys 16-18 years old. These kids have been working hard to finish our new pulling sled for the upcoming season and I want to reward them. We are leaving Friday morning and should be to louisville by early afternoon. Going to the show and both pulls on Saturday. Last year we went to the Kentucky horse park. Once was enough for me in the winter.
I want to find something fun for them to do in the louisville area Friday afternoon and evening. I found a bluegrass concert in Shepherdsville Friday night. I also thought it would be cool to find an antique tractor collection around there that we could check out- either private or public. Do you guys know of any around the Louisville area that we could see? I would prefer more of a private collection, or something similar.
Or, do you guys have any other ideas of things we could do Friday when we get there? I'm not locked in on either the bluegrass concert or the tractor collection. Just want these kids to have fun and relax while we're there, without spending a ton of money.
