Hunting is pretty much considered a separate issue in terms of a rental agreement on land that was originally leased for crops around these parts. I know some of the Mennonites have also had issues in terms of buildings as landowners here do not consider the buildings as part of the cropland lease which is apparently different than Pennsylvania. The big issue people have here is liability. It's hard not to paranoid when the local television stations are infested with commercials for liability lawyers. Also, some hunters here have been on record as not giving a darn as to the concerns of land owners. Further, some hunters cry about how it is not fair that these landowners should have so much where the hunter has so little. The motto for the landowner is protect, protect, and protect some more.
