If you don't turn up a used one you can call any NH dealer and get a reprint in ~2 weeks for probably less than 40 bucks. Only thing the knotters need is grease. 1-2 pumps on each nipple. Should be 6-7 on each side of the knotter. Remember... modesty is important when greasing a knotter. 1-2 shots is plenty... Beyond that there's probably a couple on the needle frame, couple more on the knotter bell crank/drive and the rest would be on any drive line crosses or shaft telescopic points....
