The topping doesn't have a recipe, it's just something I put together to use up some extra peaches a couple years ago and everyone liked it and asked for some so now I do it when ever I can. Just peal and pit the peaches and run them through the blender to make a puree. Then put them in a pan with enough sugar to make it as sweet as you like. I usually substitute 1/4 of the sugar with honey, but if you do that you need to use 1 1/2 to 2 times the honey, so if it calls for 1 cup sugar I use 3/4 c sugar and 1/2 cup honey. So in this case I had about 8 quarts of topping I used about 4-5 cups of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of honey. Bring that mixture to boil and simmer it for about 30 min. to cook off some of the water. Then I added about 2 tsp. vanilla and 1 bag of small marshmallows. Then just put it in freezer jars and freeze it. Once the jars are thawed it only lasts a couple of weeks in the fridge so you have to use it up quick.

Jon's Allis has a small front loader and though it doesn't carry much, it serves his needs. It was the hard starting and low power that made him think it was time to replace the old girl. Jon called me to help him discover why his tractor wouldn't start
