Got up. Built a fire. Took pain meds, washed them down with coffee. Stared at the computer until I felt like moving, ate breakfast. Hung around the house until my wife finished showering and dressing. Brought in enough wood to keep her going for the day. Mailed my fire insurance payment, checked on my sister.
Then worked on my snowplow truck until noon, went back and continued that until nearly dark. Picked up my sister at the auto repair where she was leaving off her car, went to the store. Went home, split kindling, started a fire in the living room stove, brought in more wood, ate supper, stared at the computer, gave up and went to bed early.
Today I am going to do much the same, no pain meds necessary this morning, must have done something right yesterday. Maybe I will stack some wood in the shed, work on the plow truck, take my sister to pick up her car.
