I think the ruling is a diamond in the rough. This gives Romney more ammo and fired up the general public to get out and vote Obummer out. I was ticked at Roberts changing sides but with the gov't claiming it is a tax, that did make it constitutional for Congress to write such a thing under the Congressional Tax Ruling (or Code, not sure).
