First off, CALM DOWN.
"please help" is not a useful title for a forum thread. Next time try something more descriptive. 99% of the threads started here are people asking for help in some way or another... Imagine if everyone titled their threads "please help."
There is a Case specific forum on this site with people who are probably familiar with your tractor. Go back to where you found "Tractor Talk" and scroll down until you find it.
Once you get there start a thread titled "Case 411-B will not start."
In the meantime work on educating yourself as to the various parts of the tractor. See if you can source an owner's manual for the tractor on the Internet. There are many places that sell reproduction manuals.
