I have been using MagicJack for about 5 years now. I had problems at first, I figured out that my problems were involved with software installed on my computer and updates. Whenever I experienced problems with MagicJack I would reboot the computer and the problem would go away. I now run MagicJack on an old computer with a clean install of windows and do not use it for anything else. It works nearly flawless now. I have satellite TV and they want $5.00 a month extra it the receivers are not connected to a phone line. The MagicJack works for this and I figure that the rest of the usage is free. I also took it to Canada and used it there.
