I don't know how surreal the weather is where you are, but here's how my St. Patrick's day went in SE MN. Went outside at 8am and was already sweating in just a T-shirt. Took delivery of a fertilizer cart at about 11am and the driver who brought it almost got stuck in my stubble field after he unhooked it.
Farted around cleaning up most of the day figuring I would wait until tomorrow to spread fertilizer since they don't want their cart back until Monday. Steady 30mph winds most of the day and 80F+ all day. I was spreading the fert in that field by 3pm.
Around nightfall, I went looked at the field I spread fertilzer on and, I kid you not, there were cracks in the ground. I chisel plowed the stubble and plan on seeding alfalfa tomorrow.
Between all that, I found that the tent my boys pitched in the yard had been blown away by the high winds and flew about 100ft away into the creek where got caught on stump in the water. I took of my boots and socks and swam out to get it. Never felt the need to change out of my wet clothes (which were dry by the time I came back from plowing anyway).
I guess you could say it's not exactly your typical Minnesota March weather.

Jon's Allis has a small front loader and though it doesn't carry much, it serves his needs. It was the hard starting and low power that made him think it was time to replace the old girl. Jon called me to help him discover why his tractor wouldn't start
