Yep, MD, if you can dream it we can tax it, should be the state motto. Don, here in the peoples republic of AA county, you need a grading plan, if the disturbed area is over 2,500 square feet, unless it's in an Ag field. You also need to pull permits, if you cut a tree down, and it's in the critical area (within 100 feet of a rut or gully). Also need permits from the health department, to burn brush. Seems the only thing not taxed, is the county executive's acts, with a certain recreation and parks employee. Maybe it's legal, since they were parked, and recreating!
