Boy did we come a long way. The original post stated that the people who really needed things like a good car or a better home were the ones who could least afford it.
Now some are crying about the rich getting richer (way of the world, person who has money to invest makes more, always has happened and always will). Know why America leads the world in techno stuff? Cause a person, like Bill Gates can come up with something and become rich. There is an incentive. Other countries (think China or Russia) your ideas belong to the state, you bust yer butt for the state with little or no reward while the political elite live high on the hog.
Sorry but if you refuse to get additional education you are a minimum wage earner with that HS diploma in your back pocket and nothing else. Thats just the way of the world. Time was if you could read and write you had higher education but that's not true today. Sorry but you are just going to be a worker and any employer is going to make money on employees. If an employee is costing more than he's making he's not employed any longer. All this stuff about the rich getting richer and making money off the backs of the poor is more of 2 things......someone trying to start a class warfare thing and outright socialism.
