Larry, i can almost see Haag's from my house. Yes, they are still open. 6th generation operating it now. We were there for breakfast several weeks ago. All you can eat eggs, bacon, ham, scrapple, homefries, pancakes etc.

About a mile away from me is Mountain Springs Arena. They have pro rodeos once a month in the summer (evenings). Next summer, after you and the mrs are done playing in the garden, you should take a ride out. I'm only 20 minutes from the New Smithville exit. Let me know in advance.... i can register you for the bull riding........LOL
