1) 480 Y 277 volt Three Phase 4 Wire. It has 480 3 phase and three legs of 277 single phase (any leg to neutral) used in industrial lighting. To get typical household 120/240 volt single phase three wire they use a dry transformer.
2) 480 volt 3 phase 3 wire Delta. Again a body can use a dry transformer to get household 120/240
You have more then one service to your house?????????? You have transformers to take it to 120/240???? Sure its 480??? Is it three phase???? You have any 277 volt????
Other possibilities are the 208 Y 120 volt 3 phase 4 wire, it has 208 3 phase,,,,,,,3 legs of 208 single phase,,,,,, and three legs of 120 volt BUT IT HAS NO 240 OR 480
