i needed a replacement alternator for my positive ground r model mack truck so i ordered an alternator from napa auto parts it is part number WIL 90013086.Its a 27si positive ground alternator but how do i wire it? there is a terminal that is labeled battery but it is red and when i hook a test light on the negitive side of the battery and the battery lug on the alternator the light lights up so i guess that means that the lug isn't isolated. Does anyone have any suggestions because i am just confusing the hell out of myself.
