As you know finding the actual pump numbers would be the easiest way to get the right pumps. If you can't find the right numbers, if you can get just the specs for each pump you could still find another brand to take the place of the origionals. Like Bison's post says the Commercial pumps should work perfectly and are typically available at a reasonable price.
That said I just did a Google search for Waldon 5000 and got a few hits including one from an old YT mag post. Click on the link below for a link to that discussion. One of the posts had the name of a place listed, not Waldon, that might be able to help you figure out what you need. Good luck.
