If you aren't gonna organize it, load her up for the dump now. Organized its useful stuff and takes up a fraction of the space. I skim out the garbage first. Scrap metal comes out at the same time into a pile. Tools get sorted and put in their proper home.
Lumber/raw materials get sorted into piles to be cut up and burned or added to the storage pile.
Another pile of stuff goes on Kijiji (like craigslist here) actually a lot goes up there for sale, as I heard someone say, I let Craiglist store my junk. Ie anyhting they can buy back cheap when the need it they sell it and don't bother storing it.
