Fixerupper makes a good point, a lot of people ARE in debt up to their eyeballs, yet there are others who have a mattress stuffed with hundred dollar bills because they take advantage of others. I worked with a man years ago whose wife was in real estate. They had a farm and about twenty rental houses.
