You all have been of help giving great advice and asking some very good questions. I Am going to follow up by giving my background information. I received a welding degree, hold 2 certifications, worked 10 years as a welder/fabricator/machinist. Received an associates degree in drafting and worked as an engineer for 10 years designing automated sampling equipment. Some of you have seen equipment I designed. Does your grain elevator use an InterSystems brand truck probe or rail load out sampler? 2 years ago I completed my bachelors degree in business and currently work for an oil blending/distribution company in the product development department. I analyze forcasts to manage bill of material changes and fluid formula's. I want to move up to managing people and or a department. While I have learned a lot about oil and like my boss, I am not intersted in moving up in present company. I have questioned my motive for considering a masters degree.
