I think all the 630 with a 3pt had the lift handle. Looking at ebay sold prices. I found two repaints one $79.00 and one $71.00.
Back in the late 80's when I went to my first toy shows. I would visit with a dealer named Bernie, Selling repainted toys. I remember his prices. Keep in mind these are repainted prices from 1988. JD 60 $150, early 620 $190, late 620 $180, 630 $250.00. People would hand him money without dickering. The dealer would reach under the table pull out another toy and put it on the table. At one show he had three people buy a repaint within the 30 minutes I was visiting with him.
At one show I did talk him into selling me a rebuilder toy 60 I could paint myself for $75.00. I still have that 60 and would be lucky to get $40 for it now. I almost have a complete set of repainted JD toys from the 40's-50's. I only lack the 430 and 40 crawler. My collection of repainted toys is only worth about a third of what I have invested.

At one time I had seven restored examples which were shown and used in ploughing matches.
