My Farmall A is S.N. 40919, making it a 1940 model. The first 1941 model is 41500, leaving only 518 numbers in between. However, this number series includes A, AV, B, and BN models, and I am relativley sure not all the numbers were used. Is there a way to tell how close to the end of the year my A is? (100th to last, 10th to last, etc.) If anyone has any ideas, feel free to help me out. Also, anyone have a tractor between 40919 and 41500? Thanks
