Ok guys, looking for some assistance here. been running my T20 after an engine rebuild to get her broke in. Everything works as it should except for a little problem with the throttle. It starts fine on idle but you have to work the lever back and forth a few times to get it to rev up to opperating speed. When you go to idle back down, it won't immediately slow down. Keeps running at speed for a minute or so until it finally slows down . All the linkage seems to be working free, could there be something sticking in the governor? Also, what's the aluminium stub on the back of the governor suppossed to do? On other tractors of this timeframe, the adjustment would be for setting the governed speed. I've cranked it in and cranked it out and can't tell any difference. Thanks
