If memory serves me correctly, the 886 with a D-358 engine has a single throttle control lever for shut off and speed control. It still has the second lever on the pump, below the throttle lever, and that lever has a stop screw on the front side and that is the maximum fuel adjustment screw. A spring on the lever keeps lever in contact with the screw and backing the screw out should give engine more max fuel. If it does not, then internal limiting factors will keep you from giving it any more. Previous models of the CR pump used a cable attached to that lever for increased fueling during starting and to shut off. This version of that pump uses a hydraulic controlled increase fueling device inside the pump therefore no cable. Now, if you have electric shutoff (like used on combines) that is another version . A couple more versions also followed, one at least which was not adjustable internally or externally for more fuel.
