A few weeks ago I posted about coolant in oil on a 400 Farmall. I removed oil pan and done a coolant pressure test. I wasn't seeing where the coolant was coming from until I rolled the engine over then coolant would leak around number three piston onto the shop floor. I knew at that point if coolant would leak past the rings with 20 lbs psi it needs a complete overhaul. Pulled head off and seen four cracks in the head and a bad headgasket. So, we're going to get a All States major inframe kit and a reman head. I was going to weld a bead down the inside of sleaves for removal but what about installing sleaves how do you guys do that ??? Thanks a lot !! Is there any thing else I NEED to know BEFORE installing the rods on NEW pistons ?
