Hi, does the B414 have a power steering cylinder on the left side of the tractor or does it have two cylinders by the front axle? The British Bradford build B414,434,444,384,B275,276,354,364 and industrial models 3414 and 3444 series tractors, were shipped to Louisville on crates and they were assembled there using different electrical, front axles and power steering systems that were common to USA build tractors. The British assembled ones that were delivered to Canada had a Lucus electric system and the power steering was supplied by a second hydraulic "Dual" pump that was attached to the rear of the primary pump.
Re your photo, I was trying to determine if the empty hole was threaded or a C-clip grove in the inside? It sure looks like that is where the flow divider valve would be installed. I would search the caeeih.com parts on the models I mentioned above looking for a similar flow divider valve.
