Been having hydraulic problems with this tractor and removed the MCV to diagnose. I found a broken spring in the oil cooler bypass valve. I replaced it and the gaskets and put everything back together. It did not fixed my weak hydraulics but my previously working PTO stopped working. It was very strong even when the hydraulics were weak. I have since discovered blown seals in my pump (only 1 year old) and have restored my hydraulic pressure.... but the PTO still will not engage. I took the IPTO pressure line off at the MCV and only a trickle of oil is coming out with the PTO lever engaged. I can stop it easily with my finger. I dont have a pressure gauge but I know this is no where close to 220PSI. I pulled out the PTO regulator and verified there is no broken spring etc, and I also pulled out the IPTO control valve to verify the existence of all parts and springs and replaced it. I'm not great with hydraulics... anyone have any ideas?
