1206 - Whats it worth?

I am considering a '65 1206. It has got: - 375 hours on an overhaul,
- Rebuilt TA,
- Rebuilt fuel pump,
- Good rubber,
- Fast Hitch
- Two remotes
I am told that the PTO won't stop spinning. What does that repair involve? What is a fair price for this machine? What are the high and low points of the 1206? Thanks!
