The impulse sometimes isn't tripping or sometimes not at all on a Bosch mag on a Regular we're working on. I need a little education on how the flyweights are supposed to look on the end that catches the ramp and how the ramp is supposed to look on a worn mag. I don't know if this is even the mag the tractor is supposed to have on it.
First pic is the end of one of the weights. It's supposed to catch on the ramp. Looks too rounded to me, but? Second is inside the block. I cleaned up the weights so they slide easily and they do slide down into the groove but when they come to the ramp they pop out easily without catching and then popping out. Third is an IH mag I had on hand. Is this the proper mag for this tractor? Fourth is the mag I'm working onLots of questions. Thanks, Jim LOL
