230's normally didn't have the touch control rockshaft arms like the C/SC/200.
They had what's called a "HydraTouch" system which would have been a single remote valve, whether the tractor had a fast hitch or not.
230's are kind of "special" in that way, and they didn't make a lot of 'em.
Still, not running they're not worth more than scrap price plus the value of the tires. I might be inclined to drop an extra $100 on the 230 above Jim's assessment, just because it's a 230.
I would get a couple of the free-engine C's just so you have a better chance of coming up with two runners. You can pop a C engine in the 230 and pretend while you rebuild the 230's original, or save up to have it rebuilt.
