Value of IHC sickel mower?

Neighbor has one that is 2 pt fast hitch mount and has oil bath wobble box. As he is JD and it's broke Im trying to get him to sell. what would be a fair offer? I assume the knives and ledger plates need changing and wind board is missing, will need belt to as goats prolly ate that. We have one that is 3 pt and with some tinkering this thing can really cut! thanks! kev
