today i was talking to a fella about an IH tractor that he has. he's telling me that he a farmall 400D. he says it has a 6 cyl engine that starts on gas and you switch over to diesel. it has an internal hydraulic system. it has a cable(that resembles a choke cable) coming out of the transmission case. he don't know what this is for. i have been around a lot of 450 series tractors and earlier and i have never encountered a tractor or heard of one that fits this description. how about it-does anybody know something i don't know? thanks for any assistance.
